Exchange Eligibility Criteria

Garments must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free of perfumes or makeup marks.

All original brand tags, serial ribbons, and protective dust bags must be intact.

Request initiated within 7 calendar days of verified courier doorstep delivery.

For hygiene regulations, personal niqabs and hairpins are exchangeable only if factory-sealed or defective.
Refunds & Store Credit Options
For verified returns, prepaid orders (UPI/Cards/Net Banking) are credited back to the original source account within 5 to 7 banking days.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our accounts team initiates an instant direct bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) or issues lifetime atelier store credit with zero expiration.
