General Agreement & Atelier Standards
By browsing, accessing, or placing a purchase through Kamal Collection ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. All orders submitted are subject to verified fabric availability and confirmation of order acceptance by our production team.
Product Craftsmanship & Sizing Specifications
Every piece in our collection is precision-cut from imported fabrics including genuine Korean Nida and premium chiffon. We strive to present true colors, drape, and textures accurately in studio photography; however, minor lighting or display calibration variations may occur.
Customers are strongly advised to consult our exact measurement charts before placing orders.
Transparent Pricing & Secured Transactions
All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (₹ INR) and include all applicable taxes (GST 5% included). We maintain complete transparency with no hidden checkout surcharges.
- Supported payment methods include authorized UPI, Credit/Debit cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
- Promotional vouchers must meet designated minimum order limits and cannot be retroactively applied to dispatched parcels.
Cancellation & Dispatch Window
You may cancel any pending order at zero penalty before the item is assigned to our courier partner. Once sealed and dispatched with a tracking AWB number, please refer to our 7-day hassle-free exchange service.
Intellectual Property Protection
All brand insignia, proprietary pattern cuts, editorial lookbooks, photographic imagery, and digital assets remain the exclusive intellectual property of Kamal Collection. Unauthorized commercial use or duplication is strictly forbidden.
